How do I manage my digital license

Each licensed copy of EmbroideryStudio is for a single user.

You may install it on multiple computers but only one active session can be used at one time.

On the Sign-in dialog, tick ‘Keep me signed in’ and you will not have to re-enter your login details.

If you want to use your ES license on another computer sign out from your existing computer by clicking File --> Sign out
and exit before logging into the new computer.

Caution: Simply uninstalling the software does not release the license. Select File > Sign Out and Exit before uninstalling.

Managing your active sessions 

ES allows to have one active session to run the software, if you are unable to access computer to sign out you can manage your session here : https://profile.wilcom.com/Security

Select the security tab and click on the End Session button to remove the computer active sessions, you can then sign in on the new computer.
